Please note that this period does not apply to perishable goods, customized items, magazines, opened audio/video products, software, or personal hygiene products, in accordance with the "Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Communication Transactions."

Returned items must be unused, free of man-made damage, and include all original packaging and accessories. The 7-day period is for confirmation of your purchase and does not constitute a "trial period." We reserve the right to refuse returns if original packaging (including outer boxes) is incomplete.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to man-made factors (e.g., stains, breakage, scratches, or wear).
- Missing original packaging, invoices, or accessories.
- Malicious or excessive returns.

4. Refund Policy- Credit Card: Once the return is processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account.
